YOUR BUILDING. YOUR OPERATIONS.
THE STARTING POINT

Agree coverage and escalation before the first alert.

Temporary security, CCTV and monitoring arrangements for Newcastle construction sites, vacant premises and short-term commercial requirements.

Short-term security needs a clear start, an agreed operating period and a plan for what happens when the site changes. A temporary building project or vacant unit may need a different arrangement from an occupied business.

Vraxor can discuss temporary CCTV, alarm and monitoring requirements alongside guarding or dog-handler support delivered by our own staff. We assess coverage needs, power, connectivity and the practical conditions before proposing the system and service.

The monitoring scope needs to explain what events are received, the coverage hours, who reviews them and the agreed response. Communications failure, changing sightlines and access to maintain equipment should be considered before deployment.

For construction sites, the programme can include review points as work moves between phases. For vacant premises, we establish who holds keys and who can authorise access. Equipment removal, extensions to hire or service periods and the team’s responsibilities should be clear in the quotation.

Does temporary monitoring guarantee police attendance?

No. Response arrangements are defined in the agreed service scope. Police attendance is not automatically included.

Can a system work without mains power or fixed broadband?

Available power and connectivity options need to be assessed for the site. We confirm a practical solution before promising coverage.

Can guarding be combined with CCTV?

Yes. We can discuss a combined scope, with guarding delivered by Vraxor’s own staff and responsibilities made clear.
