YOUR BUILDING. YOUR OPERATIONS.
THE STARTING POINT

Control entry. Keep escape arrangements clear.

Access control, intercom and door entry installation and maintenance for Newcastle workplaces, schools and managed buildings.

Who needs access, where and at what time? These questions shape a useful access control system. The answer may be different for staff, visitors, contractors and residents, even when they share the same entrance.

Vraxor helps plan card, fob and intercom systems around the way your building operates. We consider door condition, power and cabling, user administration and the relevant emergency escape arrangements before agreeing the scope.

Security measures must be coordinated with the fire safety requirements of the door and route. Locking, release arrangements and any fire alarm interface need a defined design and suitable testing, rather than being treated as an afterthought.

Installation, upgrades and maintenance can include the door hardware, controllers, entry panels and the way permissions are managed. Handover should leave your team able to add or remove users and understand the agreed operation.

Can access control be fitted to an escape door?

The arrangement must suit the escape requirements and door assembly. We review the proposed locking and release operation before specifying work.

Can we remove access when a member of staff leaves?

User administration is considered in the system scope and handover, including how authorised staff change or revoke permissions.
