Managing agents and property teams need to know which sites were visited, what was included, which defects remain and who is responsible for the next action. Residential blocks, mixed-use buildings, vacant premises and commercial estates each have different access and occupancy arrangements.
Vraxor can discuss fire risk assessment work, fire alarm and emergency lighting maintenance, extinguisher servicing, fire doors and passive fire protection, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, EICR, PAT and commercial electrical services. The building register and existing service history help establish what is due and where responsibilities sit.
For occupied buildings, visits need a plan for resident communications, keys, access to flats and common areas. For multi-site programmes, reports should distinguish completed checks from inaccessible locations and recommendations from completed remedial work.
If a service identifies an issue, the action, responsible party, target date and evidence of completion should be clear. A scheduled service or dashboard status is not a substitute for the underlying technical record.
