YOUR BUILDING. YOUR OPERATIONS.
BEFORE YOU BOOK

Choose CCTV around the views you need.

Planning new cameras, replacing poor images or investigating recording faults? Discuss what you need to see and how your team will use the footage.

What is included?

A survey and agreed coverage plan, installation or upgrade scope, and handover explaining recording, authorised access and system limitations. Monitoring is included only when expressly agreed.

What affects the cost?

Camera views, lighting, cable routes, recording capacity, connectivity and access affect the quotation. Camera count alone does not describe the full installation.

What should I have ready?

Your postcode, building use, the entrances or areas of concern, existing camera and recorder details, and any recording or access requirements.

Do I need to replace every camera?

We assess existing cameras, cabling and recording equipment for condition and compatibility. Reuse is considered where it meets the agreed purpose and image requirements.

THE STARTING POINT

Start with the view you need.

CCTV surveys, installation, upgrades and maintenance for Newcastle businesses, schools, managed property and construction sites.

A useful CCTV system starts with what you need to see and why. An overview of a yard, a person at an entrance and a vehicle at a gate can require different camera positions, lenses and lighting.

Vraxor surveys access routes, blind spots, lighting and the practical constraints of your site before proposing equipment. Existing cameras and cabling can be considered for reuse where their condition, compatibility and performance support the requirement.

We also discuss recording, retention, authorised access and how your team will retrieve footage. Camera coverage and operating procedures should take account of neighbouring property and the privacy of people using the premises.

Maintenance can address image quality, recording faults, storage issues and deteriorating views. A clear handover explains the installed scope and any limitations, so your staff can operate the system and know who to contact when something changes.
