Public-facing buildings may combine staffed counters, interview rooms, public waiting areas, secure offices and community use. Work needs to respect opening hours, public access, safeguarding procedures and any security-sensitive information supplied by the site.
Vraxor can discuss fire safety, alarm systems, emergency lighting, fire doors, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, EICR, PAT testing and commercial electrical work. The building operator’s procurement rules, contractor vetting and technical requirements must be established before a scope is accepted.
For security-sensitive premises, share only the information needed to scope an enquiry through the agreed secure contact route. Public copy does not disclose customer locations or claim a police, council or other public-sector contract.
A defined scope should record the areas included, access and permit arrangements, the delivering contractor for each activity and the information supplied at handover. Guarding and technical services are delivered by Vraxor’s own staff, with duties identified in the agreed scope.
